A delicious half day offering combining local, plant focused meals with yoga, mindfulness workshops and movement led by the creative, fun and highly experienced yoga teacher Jazz Braden. You will walk away with a renewed sense of inner calm, a happy belly and resources to cultivate these same feelings even in the mundane moments of everyday life.
The day will run from 10am to 2pm.
