Great choice! Our one-day cooking retreats give you a wonderful taste of Te Whenua. You will learn to cook a selection of seasonal plant based dishes whilst also getting a taste of meditation, some contemplation, and of course good conversation! The dishes we create during the day will be our delicious shared lunch. This day retreat is sure to be a precious time-out which will be rich in opportunities for learning, taking rest, and joyful connection.
This month we are celebrating the delicious array of winter fruits and vegetables that are available right now. Eating seasonally is how our bodies get optimum nutrition, and in season produce tastes better too! Local seasonal produce is often the best value, and benefits the environment. Learn some delicious recipes that will keep you thriving all winter long.
