A Quiet Day of Meditation & Rest

We offer the peaceful space of Te Whenua as a restful time-out to a limited amount of day guests once each month, and in Dec this is offered on Wed 13th (rather than the usual 1st of the month.)  Before the summer holidays arrive, please join us for a precious pause. These one-day retreats are held largely in companionable silence.

Taking a breather from the demands of work and family inclines us to calmness, to clarity, to seeing ourselves in a larger frame of reference, giving us the opportunity to make wiser choices moving forward.

These days are open to all (pre-bookings essential) and numbers are limited to preserve the supportive, tranquil nature of the day. Please arrive from 9.45am, and we will be in restful silence from 10am.
