On this day you will receive ‘Network’ entrainments, group ‘Somato Respiratory Integration’ experiences, workshops and a lovingly homemade plant based lunch. 

We will be working in a group environment. This group environment creates a coherent field of energy whereby one person’s healing assists and enhances another’s. ‘Network’ entrainments build on each other. Receiving them sequentially produces a summation effect that can make changes in one day that might otherwise take much longer. There are also benefits for being present in the room, as an observer, whilst others are on the table being entrained. It increases energy in the field around you and between all those that are present, creating more coherence in the room, which facilitates attunement and atonement to upgrade your nervous system. That is, as the field potential is amplified, it results in an expanded sense of self, compassion, and effortless knowing, not just for you, but for all.
