Dreamers & Doers - Day Retreat for Female Entrepreneurs

This one-day retreat is for female entrepreneurs / business owners, eager to connect with like minded people in a relaxing and nourishing environment. If you are in the planning stages of a solo venture, you are also very welcome to join.

Why are we offering this? Te Whenua Retreat launched in 2020 and overnight I found myself in the hot seat. In creating this day retreat, I have reflected on my 4 years of managing and directing Te Whenua Retreat, as well as the years prior when this concept was just a vision I was devoted to creating. This day reflects the inner groundwork and the regular practises that form the strong foundation for myself as a business owner and conscious creator. These foundations are universal - whatever business you are creating, whether you are an artist or advisor, a carer or a financial whizz, doing the personal groundwork and taking care of yourself (physically and emotionally) is imperative for true and long lasting success.

The day is designed to allow time for:

• group discussions & contemplations of the inner qualities and practises that support our external goals
• meaningful, validating and uplifting conversations
• rest, and nourishment of our body & spirit
• daydreaming, and space for creative insights

This one-day retreat has been created to bring together women who will support and celebrate the amazing entrepreneurial spirit in our community.

The day will include facilitated group discussions & time for personal reflection. A nourishing plant-based lunch and refreshments are included and there will also be free time for spontaneous conversations, a-ha moments, day-dreaming and rest.
