About the event
Insight Dialogue is a simle yet profound practise and understanding of how we can bring mindfulness and calm into our everyday conversations. This half-day retreat will provide an introduction to the practise, some guided-meditations, periods of silence for reflection and tranquility, and many structured practise periods of mindful talking and deep listening in a small group configurations, working with the Insight Dialogue guidelines.
Morning tea and a plant-based lunch are included.
