Introduction to Insight Dialogue - evening class

Insight Dialogue is an inter-personal meditation practice that develops the same qualities that silent meditation can enhance - eg calm, concentration, wisdom - and brings these qualities to our relationships and conversations with others. I have been an Insight Dialogue practitioner for about 20 months and I love everthing about this heart opening, friendship building, truth finding practise. 

Insight Dialogue has developed in modern times from within the Theravada Buddhist tradition, as a companion practice to Insight Meditation. It is of profound value to anyone, of any spiritual faith or none. It has the potential to enhance and deepen ALL our conversations and, as a spiritual practise, it has unique ability to open new avenues of insight on an individual and group level.
