About the event
Monday evenings from 7pm to 8pm is a time for anyone to come and join a meditation class.
No expereince necessary and all welcome.
Suggested dana (koha) $5, but pleasae do not let financial hardship prevent you from joining.
On some mondays across the year there may be guest teachers, and we may also run a linked-series of classes to focus on a subject that interests the community of practioners, such as Insight Dialogue.
