New Year's Retreat, 4-nights (fully booked)

On this  special retreat, which takes us into the new year 2023, we will be getting our hands, hearts and taste-buds excited with 2 half-days in the kitchen together, learning some new delicious plant-based recipes which we will enjoy as our shared meals. There will also be daily meditation, restorative yoga, guided journalling, and plenty of down-time for you to deeply rest and refocus.
