This is an all-inclusive 3-night retreat. The retreat includes a mix of facilitated sessions, and plenty of down-time for you to relax in our peaceful gardens, spacious and welcoming house, and enjoy our hot-tub for some start-gazing in this magical 'dark-sky-reserve’ here in Gibbston valley.

The facilitated sessions include:

• daily guided meditations

• insight dialogue (mindful talking and deep listening)

• 2 hour cooking class to practise presence, curiosity and wise connection to food
