Great choice! 4 times per year, in Spring, New Year, autumn and at Matariki (mid-winter) we offer 4-night retreats which allow for greater relaxation, a deeper calm to settle in the mind, and for our hearts to open and receive more clarity and insights into our lives, relationships and the direction we are heading. They are designed to help you ‘remember wellbeing’, returning to what you already inherently know will help - seasonal, nutritive foods; slowing down, pausing and listening; moving your body in ways that feel good; deep sleep; meditation; connecting with our higher self; being present. In essence, allowing your inner wisdom to manifest.

These retreats are fully catered with seasonal plant-based meals, and offer a balanced mix of facilitated sessions and free time. The inclusive price covers 2 x plant-based cooking classes, daily meditation, personalised / curated yoga class, guidance on reflection and conscious intention-setting to enable a positive and meaningful focus on your path ahead, and mindful speaking and listening skills to enhance and deepen any conversation and hence, relationship. 

Enjoy ample free time for a local walk, to take rest, read, and end the day perhaps with a hot-tub under the stars.
