About the event
This theme of this fabulous day-retreat for teenage girls is 'confidence building'.
The day will be filled with fun, life tools, inspiration, breathing practises, plant-based food, games and so much more.
Why a retreat for girls? Nadia says; "I believe if we can teach our teenage girls the wisdom and tools to trust themselves and understand their bodies and mind, it can change their life."
