About the event
Dr Tonya Cruikshank and Jenny Lomas welcome you to this one-day Gut Health Masterclass! Investing in your gut-health really is investing in your future health and happiness.
This day will cover:
- gut physiology
- gut health and it's impact on digestion, disease, inflammation, immunity, and mental wellbeing
- food & gut health - what to eat for gut health optimisation (and what to avoid)
- cooking class
- Q&A and tips and advice for where YOU are on your gut-health journey
- plant-based lunch and refreshments
- an opportunity to slow down, relax in a stress-free environment, and allow your body (and microbes!) to flourish
This one-day workshop is going to fill fast - we collaborated twice in 2023 and these days were hugely popular and with good reason. Please RSVP below and submit your contact details for more info. We will respond to any questions you may have, confirm availability, and we will book you in once you are happy with the details and arrangements! We look forward to hearing from you.
If you wish to stay overnight at Te Whenua on the evening of the retreat this may be possible - please enquire for availability
