I thought I would simply learn a few more plant-based recipes by attending the retreat. I did that, but the experience was way richer. The unexpected highlight was the joy and pleasure of cooking with other women, chatting as we cooked, and the unhurried and relaxed atmosphere of the retreat - the experience was just so precious, worth more than gold.
I came away with a whole new knowledge and inspiration to live and cook more plant-based food, my body felt fantastic after only 5 days at Te Whenua!
I cannot recommend these Cooking Retreats enough and Jenny's skillful way of hosting them - I have already booked my next one, so that says it all!
